- Firstly visit the UCC Uttarakhand portal at https://ucc.uk.gov.in/
- At the homepage, click at the "Login" button present in the main menu or directly click https://ucc.uk.gov.in/portal/login

- If you are a new user who does not possess an account, then click at "Register Here" link.
