• At the homepage, click at "Download Certificates" tab. A pop-up window will open where you will have to choose your location. 

• Select the name of your district, location to open Birth & Death Application Search Form page.

• Choose your service as "Birth Registration", enter date of birth, application no, registration number and click at "Search" button for Odisha Birth Certificate download.

• First of all, visit the official website https://www.birthdeath.odisha.gov.in/#/home

• At the homepage, click at "Online Citizen Services" tab. A pop-up window will open where you will have to choose your location. 

• Select the name of your district, location to open Odisha Birth & Death Services page.

• Select the option "Apply for Birth Certificate" to apply online for birth certificate in Odisha.
