This Unified Grievance Redressal & Monitoring System has been launched by Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on 23rd July 2024. How to Lodge Grievance in Jammu and Kashmir
- Through JK Samadhan Portal - The grievances can be lodged online on samadhan.jk.gov.in portal (process is given below).
- Through JK Samadhan Mobile App - Android and iOS users can download JK Samadhan App through google playstore or Apple App Store respectively to lodge a grievance. The J&K Samadhan app is multilingual and citizens can write their complaint in either English or Hindi or Urdu language.
- By Post - In cases where internet facility is not available or even otherwise, the citizen is free to send her/his grievance by Post. There is no prescribed format. However the application must clearly mention the Name, Complete Address and Contact No of the Applicant. The grievance may be written on any plain sheet of paper and addressed to Department of Public Grievances.
- Through Toll Free Number - The grievance can also be filled through the call centre by dialling Toll Free No. (1905).
JK Samadhan Portal Registration 2024 & Login
- First of all, visit the official website https://samadhan.jk.gov.in/login
- At the homepage, click at "Registration" tab to open JK Samadhan Portal registration page.
- Select gender, state, enter name, date of birth, address, Pincode, mobile number and click "Send OTP" button.
- Afterwards enter the OTP received on registered mobile number to validate it. Once verified, enter captcha and click at "Register" tab to sign up to your account and create user login.
- After the registration process is complete, one can make JK Samadhan Portal login as citizen.
- Enter username, password, captcha and click at "Login" button to make Samadhan JK Gov In portal login.
- Next proceed to register your grievance by selecting the relevant category of grievance and click on submit to file the grievance.
- Track the status of the grievance in the user dashboard.
- Appeal to the higher authority, if the resolution of the grievance is not satisfactory.
