This Digital 7/12 Maharashtra portal aims to provide digitally signed Record of Rights for Lands in the state of Maharashtra. Any unauthorised duplication or misuse of the data or selling the data without permission will be prosecuted.

Digital 7 12 Maharashtra Refund Policy
- Payment gateway द्वारे अभिलेखांच्या नक्कल वितरणाची घेण्यात येणारी फी ही अग्रिम भरणा स्वरुपाची असलेने जर काही कारणास्तव फी भरूनही नक्कल प्राप्त झाली नाही तर संबंधित व्यक्ती किंवा संस्था त्याच अभिलेखाची इतर कोणत्याही वेळी नक्कल घेण्यासाठी सदर अग्रिम चा वापर करू शकेल किंवा इतर अभिलेखांची नक्कल घेणेसाठी सदर अग्रिम चा वापर करू शकेल. कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत अग्रिम रक्कम परत केली जाणार नाही.
- The amount deposited through payment gateway toward getting copies of Land related documents is treated as advance amount. In case, after depositing amount if the Payee does not receive the requested documents the Payee is entitled to make use of the deposit amount for getting requested document as and when available or Payee can make use of the deposit amount for requesting copies of other land related documents. (In any case amount once deposited will not be refundable).
