Delhi Govt Doorstep Delivery Services List now available in a department wise format. One can place a call at helpline number 1076 or apply for home delivery of services online at doorstep.delhi.gov.in portal. Doorstep Delivery of Services Scheme in Delhi aims to provide multi-department services to citizens in a time bound manner with no hassle to visit government offices to avail the services.
The new Doorstep Delivery of Services Scheme in Delhi would reduce the complexity of getting the G2C (Government to Citizen) services from various departments and multiple platforms. It would provide the G2C Services at doorstep on request of a citizen.

About Delhi Doorstep Delivery of Public Services Portal

Link to access Doorstep Delivery of Public Services official website at doorstep.delhi.gov.in/homedashboard. The broad modus operandi of the project is that one representative (Mobile Sahayak) shall visit the residence of citizen who has requested to the call centre for availing the public service. 

The Mobile Sahayak shall facilitate citizen in applying for public service and also collect the physical documents, if required for availing the said service/services, deposit the physical documents to respective Departments and deliver the service/certificate of citizen at his door step. Government shall allow representative to collect facilitation fee / service charges of Rs. 50/- directly from the citizen for each service.

Delhi Govt Doorstep Service Number

Through Doorstep Delivery Scheme, Delhi govt. wants to ensure that no citizens will have to stand in queues to apply for the services listed under the scheme. For this purpose, people may call on helpline number 1076 to book a service. Once a call is placed, a Mobile Sahayak would visit the citizen place to collect necessary documents, saving them the hassle of traveling to government offices. 

The Delhi govt. doorstep delivery scheme phase 1 was launched with 40 services across eight departments. In the 2nd phase, 30 more services were included and in the 3rd phase also, same number of services were added for home delivery totalling the number of services to 100. 

In the next phase, more services have been added. Doorstep Delivery of Services Scheme has now expanded to 150+ services across 14 departments. The highly sought-after services so far belong to the departments of Revenue, transport, social welfare with service requests for caste, income, domicile certificates, driving license, transfer of vehicle ownership, among others.
