Andhra Pradesh government has re-launched AP Incentives for Civil Services Examination Scheme on 18th June 2024. Under this scheme, the state govt. will provide financial assistance as cash incentive to the aspirants of socially, educationally and economically weaker/backward sections of Andhra Pradesh, who qualified in the Preliminary and Mains Civil Services Examination conducted by the UPSC for an amount of Rs. 1 lakh and Rs. 50,000 respectively. This scheme aims to increase the representation of Andhra Pradesh state in the Civil Services.
It is worth noting that earlier during YSRCP rule, this scheme was running in the name of Jagananna Civil Seva Protsahakam (JCSP) scheme. It has now been renamed to Incentives for Civil Services Examination Scheme under the new TDP led CM Chandrababu Naidu rule.

AP Incentives for Civil Services Examination 2024 Apply Online
- First of all, go to official Jnanabhumi portal at https://jnanabhumi.ap.gov.in/
- Go to 'Jagananna Civil Services Prothsahakam' section and hit "Registration-Click Here" link or simply click https://jcsp.apcfss.in/JCSPDashboard
- Then AP Incentives for Civil Services Examination dashboard page will open.
- On the opened page, hit at "Click here to Register" tab.
- Then AP Incentives for Civil Services Examination online application form 2024 will open.
- Fill in personal details, permanent residential address details, eligibility criteria, caste details, contact details, preliminary examination details.
- Upload the following documents in the AP Incentives for Civil Services Examination application form and click at the "Preview" button.
- After validating the information filled in the form, make "Final Submit" to complete the apply online process.
Print Registered Application Form of Jagananna Civil Services Prothsahakam
- First of all, go to official Jnanabhumi portal at https://jnanabhumi.ap.gov.in/
- Go to 'Incentives for Civil Services Examination' section and hit "Print Registered Application-Click Here" link or https://jcsp.apcfss.in/Getapplication
- Then page to print registered application for Incentives for Civil Services Examination will open.
- Enter applicant ID / aadhar number of the candidate, date of birth and click at "Submit" button to get preview form.
Eligibility Criteria to Apply Online for Incentives for Civil Services Examination
- Applicant must be a permanent resident/ native of Andhra Pradesh belonging to Socially, educationally and economically weaker/backward sections.
- Candidate must have qualified for the UPSC Civil Services preliminary or Mains examination.
- Submission of proof of qualifying UPSC Civil Services pre-examination or mains examination is mandatory to avail the benefits of the scheme.
- The cash incentive under the scheme can be availed by a candidate, irrespective of the number of attempts, for clearing the Preliminary examination and for clearing Mains examination.
- The annual family income of the applicant shall not exceed Rs. 8 lakhs per annum. The applicant shall declare the following:
- Self declaration of family income.
- Salary certificates of the employee in the household.
- Latest Tax Assessment (if applicable)
- The data shall be verified by the Tahsildar before certifying the annual income of the family duly satisfying the following conditions:-
- The total land holding of the family to be less than 10 acres of wet or 25 acres of dry or 25 acres of wet and dry land together.
- A family which owns no property or less than 1500 sft of built up ara (residential or commercial) in urban areas is eligible.
- No member of the family should be a regular government employee/ pensioner (all sanitary workers irrespective of their salary/recruitment, are eligible).
- No member of the family should own a four-wheeler (Taxies/Tractors/Autos are exempted).
- Domicile certificate issued by the competent authority should be submitted by the applicants. In case of caste, the details regarding the caste of the applicant shall be submitted at the time of online application.
List of Documents Required for Incentives for Civil Services Examination
The following documents required for filing of applications:-- Eligible candidates shall apply online through the website of the Department of Social Welfare along with all requisite documents. Applications received after the prescribed date and time will be considered invalid. No application will be accepted by any other means and such applications will be rejected. The list of documents to be submitted are as follows.
- Self attested copy of photo.
- Signature-scanned copy.
- Admit card of the UPSC examination/Roll number slip.
- Self decalration of family income.
- Domicile certificate.
- Photo copy of Aadhaar Card
- Aadhar has to be linked to candidate's bank account as per NPCI portal.
- All the information submitted online by applicants should be entered correctly. The responsibility of any kind of error in online application will be of the applicant.
- If the benefit of the scheme has been obtained by the candidate by giving false information, legal action will be taken against the candidate.
Jagananna Civil Services Protsahakam Renamed to Incentives for Civil Services Examination
Andhra Pradesh govt. has reinstated the names of TDP founder-president N.T. Rama Rao and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar to the welfare schemes. The state govt. renamed six social welfare schemes, which were implemented before 2019 and continue to exist till date under different names, but with same provisions.
