Bihar Apna Khata Land Record Check
In order to find Bihar apna khata, follow the process mentioned below:-- First of all, visit the official Bihar Bhumi Portal at https://biharbhumi.bihar.gov.in/Biharbhumi/
- At the homepage, click at "अपना खाता देखें" or directly click the link to open Bihar Apna Khata Online Portal - https://land.bihar.gov.in/Ror/RoR.aspx
- From the map of Bihar state, select your district. For eg - we have clicked "Madhubani" district from our mouse.
- Upon selecting the district you will see assembly constituencies (अंचल or zones) belonging to that district.
- From the zonal map of the selected district, select your assembly constituency. For eg - we have clicked "Rajnagar" zone from our mouse.
- Upon selecting the zone, you will see Mouza (मौजा) belonging to that assembly constituency. Mouza is a type of administrative district, corresponding to a specific land area within which there may be one or more settlements.
- Select your mauza either by selecting your mouza name from the given names or if you want to quickly see your mauza, then select first word from given keyboard.
- In order to find apna khata Bihar, select any one option from the options listed below:-
- मौजा के समस्त खातों को नामानुसार देखें
- मौजा के समस्त खातों को खसरा संख्या के अनुसार देखें
- खाता संख्या से देखें
- खसरा संख्या से देखें
- खाताधारी के नाम से देखें
- After selecting any one option, click at "खाता खोजें" tab.
- Then the Bihar Apna Khata details with land owner name and khasra number will open.
- Click at "देखें" link under "अधिकार अभिलेख" section in front of name of land owner. For eg- we have clicked at "देखें" link in front of 'अमरनाथ झा' name to view Right of Records details.
- This Bihar Apna Khata land record (adhikar abhilekh) has records of land of a person including name, khasra number, jamabandi number etc.
