Karnataka Santwana Scheme 2024 online registration form filling and checking application status facility starts at kmdc.karnataka.gov.in. Under the Santwana scheme, loans will be provided to people belonging to religious minority and whose houses, shops have been destroyed due natural calamity and communal violence. 

In this scheme loan amount of Rs 5,00,000/- max per unit cost will be provided of which 50% loan and 50% subsidy.   • Then Santwana scheme apply online page or will get displayed.
  • Click at "Apply Online" link to open Santwana scheme registration page where you can register with mobile number.
  • Enter 10 digit mobile number and click "Submit" button to proceed to register for Santwana Scheme through Aadhar card number.
  • Enter OTP, security PIN for digilocker. Then give consent for your aadhar card usage and again enter an OTP.
  • Then Santwana Scheme online application form 2024 will get displayed.
  • Enter applicant details, income / community details, address details and click at "Next" button to complete Santwana Scheme online registration process.

Eligibility Criteria for Santwana Scheme Registration

  • The applicant should belong to the religious minority category of the state
  • The applicant shall be a permanent resident of the state
  • Applicants age must be between 18 to 55 years
  • Family income from all sources should not exceed more than 8,00,000/-
  • Aggrieved beneficiaries should obtain a report from the relevant competent authority
  • None of the applicant's family members should be in Central or State Government employment
  • Applicant or his/her family should not have availed loan facility from Karnataka Minorities Development Corporation (Except Arivu Education Loan Scheme) in last five years.

  • Photo of the applicant
  • Caste/Minority Certificate Issued by the competent authority
  • Income Certificate Issued by the competent authority
  • Copy of Aadhaar as Residential Proof
  • Copy of Bank Passbook
  • Self-declaration form from Surety
