On 19th Feb 2024, Finance Minister presented Tamil Nadu budget 2024-25. While presenting the budget, FM said "The Government is taking numerous measures to ensure consistent supply of quality milk to the public by enhancing the operational efficiency of AAVIN. Recently, an incentive of Rs. 3 per litre has been introduced, benefiting 3.87 lakh milk producers, without affecting the interest of consumers. In addition, modernization initiatives for installing automated machines equipped with cutting-edge technology in dairy plants, including those in Tiruchirapalli, Madurai, and Salem will be undertaken at an estimated cost of Rs. 60 crore. Furthermore, to ensure the highest standards in milk production, modern equipment will be provided to Milk Producers' Cooperative Societies and Unions, at an estimated cost of Rs. 21 crore.Aavin Milk Card Online Registration Form

- Enter consumer personal details, product details and other asked details to complete Aavin Milk online registration process.

- At the homepage, click at the "Online Milk Card" tab or directly click https://idms-fed.aavin.tn.gov.in/myportal/control/milkCardMain
- Then the Online Milk Card Sales Window will open.
- Here click at "Check Registration Status" tab to track Aavin Milk Card status as shown below:-
- Enter registration reference no given at the time of registration to get customer ID, captcha and click at "Submit" button to check Aavin Milk status.

- Enter Aavin Consumer ID or Smart Card No, captcha and click at "Submit" to apply for renewal or subscription of Aavin Milk Card.
