• At the homepage, click at "Login" tab or directly click https://meripehchaan.gov.in/welcome/login

• If you are already registered with any one of the three Service Providers i.e, DigiLocker (https://digilocker.meripehchaan.gov.in/), e-Pramaan (https://epramaan.meripehchaan.gov.in/) or Janparichay (https://janparichay.meripehchaan.gov.in/) then use your credentials to access the services of MeriPehchaan.

• Enter mobile number, date of birth, name, username, PIN, select gender and click "Verify" button. 

Note that MeriPehchaan is a collaboration of 3 national level SSO, so a user may register on any of the three mainstream SSO platforms. The citizen may register by providing a Mobile number, Name, and Gender to create credentials i.e. username and password. User may also perform eKYC using Aadhaar and PAN.

Q - What is the session expiry time of MeriPehchaan
Ans - By default, the MeriPehchaan session expiry time is of 24 hours and user will be logged out of all the applications on its expiry and will be asked to login again.

Q - I am unable to get an OTP on my mobile number, what should I do?
Ans - If you are not able to get SMS of OTP, please check your network connection or wait for a while. If the issue still persists, contact support.

Q - Even after successful login to MeriPehchaan, I am getting “user is not authorized to access the service” while accessing certain services?
Ans - You are not allowed to access that service. Please contact the service owner.

Q - While accessing services, I am getting an error with the text: Access Denied. What should I do?

Ans - If you are not authorized to access the service, kindly contact the concerned Service Owner. However, you can access the MeriPehchaan dashboard or any other service.
