ગુજરાત શ્રમયોગી અકસ્માત સહાય યોજના 2023-2024 અરજી પત્રક: Gujarat government is inviting Labour Accident Benefit Scheme 2023-24 online registration / application form at glwb.gujarat.gov.in. In this scheme, the state govt. will provide assistance to those workers who become disabled during their duty period due to an accident or any other reason at working premises of establishment. To get assistance, labourer must get themselves registered with Gujarat Labor Welfare Board (GLWB). 

In case the labourer suffered 40% to 70 % disability, then Rs. 25,000 would be given while Rs. 50,000 would be given for more then70% disability. GLWB will pay Rs. 12,500.00 in case of 40% to 70 % disability and for more then 70% Disability, GLWB will pay Rs. 25,000 benefit amount other then amount to be paid as per law. • First of all, go to the Gujarat Labour Welfare Board official website https://glwb.gujarat.gov.in/
• At the homepage, scroll over "કલ્યાણકારી યોજનાઓ" tab and click at "શ્રમયોગી અકસ્માત સહાય યોજના" link.

• Upon clicking the link, the page with apply online link for Gujarat Shramyogi Akasmat Sahay Yojana will appear as shown below:-

• At this page, click at "Sanman Portal for Online Application" link to open Gujarat Sanman Portal https://sanman.gujarat.gov.in/

• Then the Gujarat Sanman Portal login page will appear. Existing users can make citizen login while new users will have to click "New User? Please Register here" link.
• Upon clicking the link, the Gujarat Labour Accident Benefit Scheme online registration form filling page will appear as shown below:-

• For યુઝરની નોંધણીની વિગતો, enter the શ્રમયોગીનુ આધારકાર્ડ નંબર and select યુઝરનો પ્રકાર.
• Then fill in all the details asked in the Gujarat worker form to complete Labor Accident Benefit Scheme registration process.
• Then you can make login, apply for the scheme and submit application.

શ્રમયોગી અકસ્માત સહાય યોજનાનો હેતુ

શ્રમયોગીઓને તેમના ફરજ સમય દરમ્યાન ફરજ સ્થળ ઉપર દુર્ઘટના થાય અને તેના કારણે શ્રમયોગી શારીરીક રીતે અપંગ થાય તેવા કિસ્સામાં શ્રમયોગીને આર્થિક સહાય.

ગુજરાત શ્રમયોગી અકસ્માત સહાય યોજના શરતો 

• શ્રમયોગીનો સંસ્થા દ્વારા છેલ્લા એક વર્ષનો લેબર વેલ્ફેર ફંડ અત્રેની કચેર્રી ખાતે જમા કરવામાં આવેલ હશે તો જ યોજનાનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર થશે..
• અકસ્માત થયેથી ૨ વર્ષની અંદર અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. સમયમર્યાદા બાદ મળેલ અરજી દફ્તરે કરવામાં આવશે.
• શ્રમયોગીઓને તેમના કાર્યના સમય દરમ્યાન કાર્ય સ્થળ ઉપર દુર્ઘટના થાય અને તેના કારણે અપંગ થાય તેવા કિસ્સાઓમાં શારીરીક રીતે ૪૦% થી ૭૦% તેમજ ૭૦% થી વધુ અપંગતા થાય તેવા કિસ્સામાં શ્રમયોગીને અનુક્રમે રૂ.૨૫,૦૦૦/- અને રૂ.૫૦,૦૦૦/- આર્થિક સહાય આપવામાં આવશે.
• સંસ્થા દ્વારા કાયદાકિય રીતે ચુકવવા પાત્ર રકમ સિવાય આ યોજના અંતર્ગત સંસ્થા દ્વારા ૪૦% થી ૭૦% અપંગતા થાય તેવા કિસ્સામાં સંસ્થાના માલિક દ્વારા રૂ. ૧૨,૫૦૦.૦૦ તથા ૭૦% થી વધુ અપંગતા થાય તેવા કિસ્સામા રૂ.૨૫,૦૦૦.૦૦ ચુકવ્યા બાદ બોર્ડ દ્વારા સહાયની રકમનુ ચુકવણુ.
• શ્રમયોગીએ સંસ્થા દ્વારા ઉકત રકમ ચુકવ્યા અંગેનો પુરાવો રજૂ કરવાનો રહેશે..
• અધુરી વિગત અને સંપુર્ણ બિડાણ સિવાય રજુ કરેલ અરજીપત્રક દફ્તરે કરવામાં આવશે. જે અંગે કોઈ પત્રવ્યવહાર કરવામાં આવશે નહીં.
• વેલ્ફેર કમિશ્નરશ્રીનો નિર્ણય આખરી ગણાશે અને ન્યાયક્ષેત્ર અમદાવાદ રહેશે.
