You can now check LPG cylinder rates in metro cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai. For July 2024, non-subsidised prices of Indane cooking gas cylinder of 14.2 Kg have been kept unchanged and while that 19 Kg cylinder have been decreased. The non-subsidized LPG gas cylinder prices are revised by oil marketing companies (OMCs) generally on 1st date of each month. All the purchases for LPG gas cylinders are to be made at market rates.

Central government has increased the subsidy given on LPG cylinders under the Ujjwala scheme to Rs. 300 from the earlier Rs. 200. Now each PM Ujjwala Yojana beneficiary will get 14.2 kg gas cylinder at Rs. 300 less than the original price today.
