Under this scholarship scheme, the state govt. will extend financial assistance to eligible building and other construction workers for continuing education of their wards/children. Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana 2024 Online Registration Form
- First of all, you can go to Odisha State Scholarship Portal - scholarship.odisha.gov.in/website/home
- At the homepage, scroll over the "Login" tab and click at "Student Login" link.
- Upon clicking student login link, page for making Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana login will open.
- Existing users can enter unique number / aadhaar number, password and click at "Sign In" button.
- If you are a new user, then click at "Don't Have an Account? Register Here" button.
- Upon clicking the link, page containing Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana apply instructions page will open.
- Tick the declaration and click at "Proceed" button to open page to make Odisha Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana student registration using aadhar number.
- Enter your aadhar number and click at "Get OTP" button.
- Entet the OTP received on your registered mobile number to validate it.
- Then enter all the asked details accurately to complete Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana apply online process.
- Take a printout of the submitted form and keep it for any future reference.
The filled in application will be processed for verification and disbursement by the concerned District Labour Officer in the e-Shramik Portal of the Board. The educational assistance on being disbursed by the disbursing authority in the e-Shramik portal of the board, the same will automatically get updated in the State Scholarship Portal for information of all stakeholders.

The following eligible documents will be uploaded at the time of applying under Nirman Shramik scholarship scheme in Odisha.- Aadhar Card of Student
- Copy of passbook of Bank account with account number and IFSC code of the bank branch
- Passport size Photograph of student
- Marksheet of last exam passed
For class VI, VII, VIII, IX and X, only the above mentioned documents are required. However along with the above mentioned documents, College ID card of students is also required if applying for NSKY scheme for the following classes/courses - plus 2, plus 3, M.A, M.Com, M.Sc, B.Ed, Nursing, Teacher Training, Architecture, Ayurvedic, Engineering - B.Tech Course, Homeopathy, Hotel Management, M. Tech., Master in Computer Application (MCA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Medical and Pharmacy.
Eligibility Criteria for Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana Odisha Scholarship
The financial assistance is being extended to such BoC beneficiaries who have completed at least one year as a registered beneficiary under the Board. In case, both parents are eligible registered beneficiaries, assistance in respect of a child should not be extended to both parents, separately.Financial assistance under the scheme is being extended to students from class 6 onwards and maximum two children of a family are eligible to get the assistance. For 6 and 7 standard the scheme is applicable only in respect of girl child, whereas for class 8 onwards the scheme is applicable for both girls and boys. However, 20% additional benefit over and above the normal educational assistance is being extended by the Board in respect of girl child from class 8 onwards.
General, SC, ST, OBC/SEBC and EBC candidates can apply online for Odisha Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana. The list of courses shall be modified on any further amendment in the Act/ Rules.
