JK HRMS Portal Registration for New Employees
First of all, visit the official JK HRMS Portal https://hrms.jk.gov.in/
At the homepage, click at the "Register" tab to open page to register new employee at JK HRMS portal.Now employee can enter CPIS ID, mobile number, date of birth and click at "Register" tab.Then 'OTP send successfully' pop up window will appear where you can click "OK" button.
Next enter OTP received on mobile number and click "Verify OTP" button.
Then employee will set password here for "Employee Login" in JK HRMS Portal and click "Submit".
JK HRMS Portal Login Using CPIS ID
- First of all, visit the official JK HRMS Portal https://hrms.jk.gov.in/
- At the homepage of JK HRMS portal, you can see Login section.
- Here employee can login using CPIS ID as "Username" and "Password" that was set earlier during new employee registration. Also enter captcha in UPPERCASE and click at "Login" button.
- Then JK HRMS dashboard capturing all details of employee like Salary Slip, Promotion and Posting Details and other vital information will open.

Eligibility Criteria to Apply at JK HRMS Portal
Each applicant who is applying at JK HRMS Portal must fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:- He/she must be a permanent resident of Jammu and Kashmir.
- Applicants must be employed by the UT government.
