CG Gramin Awas Nyay Yojana 2024 Features, Benefits | छत्तीसगढ़ ग्रामीण आवास न्याय योजना की पूरी जानकारी

Chhattisgarh Gramin Awas Nyay Yojana Portal has been launched at gany.cgstate.gov.in. This scheme was initially launched in Chhattisgarh on 25 September 2023 by transferring an amount of Rs. 1200 crore to the bank accounts of beneficiaries of rural housing scheme. This छत्तीसगढ़ ग्रामीण आवास न्याय योजना aims to provide free housing facility to the poor people who are not included in SECC 2011 data.  

All those poor citizens of Chhattisgarh who are ineligible under PM Awas Yojana would be given houses under the new housing scheme named Gramin Awaas Nyay Yojna. The beneficiaries for new rural housing scheme have been selected on the basis of the survey conducted by the Department of Panchayat and Rural Development of CG state. 

Around 10,76,000 beneficiaries will benefit from Awas Nyay Yojana in a phased manner in the coming years. 

About छत्तीसगढ़ ग्रामीण आवास न्याय योजना

छत्तीसगढ़ प्रदेश में जरूरतमंद परिवारों की आवश्यकता/समस्याओं को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य सामाजिक आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण कराने का निर्णय लिया गया। सर्वेक्षण कार्य 13 अप्रैल 2023 से प्रारंभ हुआ तथा 30 अप्रैल तक कुल 59.79 लाख परिवारों का सर्वेक्षण पूर्ण किया गया, जिसमें से सत्यापन उपरांत 10,76,585 पात्र पाये गये,इन्ही पात्र परिवारों में से कुल 47,090 परिवार ऐसे पाये गये जो आवासहीन है।

ग्रामीण आवास न्याय योजनांतर्गत अंतर्गत छत्तीसगढ़ सामाजिक आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण में आवासहीन, एक एवं दो कमरे के कच्चे मकान के लिए पात्र परिवारों के लिए पृथक-पृथक प्राथमिकता सूची का निर्धारण ग्राम सभा के अनुमोदन उपरांत किया जावेगा। ग्राम सभा में परिवारों का नाम सूची से विलोपित कर सकेंगे, किन्तु नवीन परिवार शामिल नही किये जा सकेंगे।

ग्रामीण आवास न्याय योजनांतर्गत पात्र परिवारों को आई.ए.पी. एवं नॉन आई.ए.पी. जिलों में विभाजित करते हुए क्रमशः कुल राशि रू. 1.30 लाख एवं कुल राशि रूण् 1.20 लाख प्रति पात्र परिवार प्रदान किया जाना है. ग्रामीण आवास न्याय योजनांतर्गत अभिसरण के माध्यम से मनरेगा योजना के वार्षिक प्रधान परिपत्र वर्ष 2022-23 की कंडिका 7.5.5 अनुसार न्यूनतम 25 वर्ग मीटर प्लींथ ऐरिया के मकान निर्माण हेतु आई.ए.पी. जिलों में 95 तथा नॉन आई.ए.पी. जिलों में 90 मानव दिवस का लाभ दिया जाना है।

ग्रामीण आवास न्याय योजनांतर्गत चिन्हांकित पात्र परिवारों को स्वच्छ भारत मिशन ग्रामीण/मनरेगा के अभिसरण से पात्रतानुसार राशि रू. 12 हजार स्वीकृति दी जायेगी। ग्रामीण आवास न्याय योजनांतर्गत निर्धारित अनुदान की राशि, न्यूनतम 25 वर्ग मीटर कुर्सी क्षेत्रफल आवास निर्माण के लिए प्रदान किया जावेगा, जिसमें 01 रसोई घर प्लेटफार्म सहित होना आवश्यक होगा।

CG Gramin Awas Nyay Yojana Installment

Chhattisgarh Gramin Awas Nyay Yojana 1st installment was released in the year 2023. It aims to benefit more than 7 lakh families including 47,090 homeless families from Socio-Economic survey and 6,99,439 families who are on a permanent waiting list of central govt's PMAY scheme. A total of 10 lakh 76 thousand beneficiaries are expected to benefit in the upcoming phases.

Gramin Awaas Nyay Yojna is a new housing scheme of Chhattisgarh launched on 25 September 2023 (announced earlier on 19th July) with an objective to provide pucca house to those poor families who are ineligible for PM Awaas Yojna as per SECC-2011 data. 

The state govt. of CG state has collected the data of the beneficiaries from survey reports conducted and published by the Department of Panchayat and Rural Development.

Features of the Gramin Awas Nyay Yojna

• CG Gramin Awas Nyay Yojana was announced during the monsoon assembly session and launched on 25 September 2023.
• This scheme is one of the Nyay schemes started by Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh. Other nyay schemes being Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, Godhan Nyay Yojana and Bhumihin Krishi Majdur Nyay Yojana.
• CG govt. has transferred Rs. 1200 crore in Gramin Awas Nyay Yojna 1st phase.
• With the implementation of this scheme, families living in rural areas no longer need to worry about their pucca house.

Beneficiaries under Gramin Awaas Nyay Yojana:

• Only citizens of Chhattisgarh state are eligible for Gramin Awas Nyay Yojana.
• Only poor families residing in the rural areas can get the benefits of this scheme.
• Those families who are ineligible under the PM Awas Yojna due to non inclusion of name in SECC 2011 data will be the beneficiary under the Gramin Awaas Nyay Yojna.

Reason to Start A Separate Rural Housing Scheme in Chhattisgarh

Due to the determination of eligibility for Prime Minister's Rural Housing Scheme (PMAY Gramin) on the basis of the survey list of Socio-Economic Survey 2011, in the present situation, the needy families of the state are facing difficulty in getting housing approval. 

To overcome this, on the basis of the survey conducted by the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, CM has announced to start "Gramin Awas Nyay Yojana" for the eligible families from the resources of the state.
