Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Vidyarthi Mitra Yojana: Andhra Pradesh govt. has started AP Jagananna Vidya Kanuka Scheme login process at nadunedu.se.ap.gov.in/jvk. Last year, the state govt. distributed kits under jagananna vidya kanuka scheme on 12 June 2023. Former CM Y.S Jagan Mohan Reddy distributed free kits to more than 47 lakh students under JVK scheme in Palnadu district. YSR Vidya Kanuka Yojana was firstly launched on 8th October 2020 to enable school students to focus on their studies.
Former CM added "For the fourth straight year, as soon as schools opened, we are implementing 'Jagananna Vidya Kanuka' so that no boy, girl or their parents will go through any trouble for procuring things like books and uniforms." To enable students easily comprehend the lessons, bilingual textbooks will juxtapose English content and its translated Telugu version on opposite pages for easy navigation, comparison, observation and mental absorption.
According to the Former CM, the southern state has spent Rs. 648 crore in 2020-21, Rs. 789 crore in (2021 – 22), Rs. 887 crore (2022-23) and Rs. 1,043 crore (2023-24) amounting to Rs. 3,367 crore on Jagananna Vidya Kanuka scheme.

Jagananna Vidya Kanuka Scheme in AP Budget 2024-25
On 7 February 2024, Finance Minister presented Andhra Pradesh Vote on Account Budget 2024-2025. In the presented AP Budget 2024-25, FM said "Under Jagananna Vidya Kanuka, school-kits with uniform, bags, shoes, textbooks, etc. have been provided to 47 lakh children annually, at a cost of Rs. 3,367 crore till date. Similarly, Pre-School kits with 26 items on activity based learning have also been distributed to all the 55,607 AWCs".

In the vidya kanuka yojana, AP state govt. will distribute kits to students. Each kit, which will be distributed to students belonging to all government and aided schools, will contain bilingual textbooks, notebooks, workbooks, three pairs of uniforms, one pair of shoes, two pairs of socks, belt, school bag, English-Telugu dictionary (sixth to 10th standards) and a pictorial dictionary (first to fifth standards). Free Kits Distribution under Jagananna Vidya Kanuka Scheme
Former CM Y.S Jagan Mohan Reddy distributed free kits to more than 47 lakh students under jagananna vidya kanuka scheme on 12th June 2023 at Krosuru village in Palnadu district of Andhra Pradesh. While distributing kits, Former Chief Minister Reddy said "Schools doors open from today and before the bells ring, I am happy to tell you that our government is giving away the kits to all the children who should receive it".
