This www.knowledgemission.kerala.gov.in Digital Workforce Management System Kerala (DWMSK) is owned by Kerala Development Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC), Government of Kerala. The Digital Work Force Management technology platform is designed, developed and managed by Digital University Kerala (DUK).
- First of all, visit official website of Kerala knowledge economy mission at https://knowledgemission.kerala.gov.in/
- Click at "Login/Register" button where you will see links for making registration and login as jobseeker.
- New users will have to click at "Registration" link under jobseeker section or https://knowledgemission.kerala.gov.in/verify-registration.jsp
- Then page for KKEM DWMS registration at Kerala knowledge mission website will open.
- Enter email ID, mobile number and click "Send Email / SMS OTP" link.
- Then enter OTP received on your email ID or mobile number to open jobseeker registration form at Kerala Knowledge Mission website.
- Enter name, last name, email ID, mobile number, password, gender, date of birth, marital status, category, district, local body, ward, pincode, address, experience details and click at "Submit" button to complete jobseeker registration process.
- Next you can click "Login here" link or https://knowledgemission.kerala.gov.in/login-jobseeker.jsp

Career Support Internship
Career Support Internship programme envisages to facilitate job seekers with the employers. The three months internship programme onboards the Final year Undergraduates and Post Graduates, also students graduated within the last two years of study as Career Support Executives.Work Readiness Programme
KKEM has planned to offer a work readiness programme to the jobseekers before attending the interview. The jobseekers who will undergo the placement process through the DWMS portal will be offered with a free work readiness programme before the interview process. The module includes the sessions on interview etiquettes, confidence building, group discussion, mock interview etc which will help the jobseeker to attend the interview confidently.
