Dayalu Yojana Haryana 2024 Apply Online: Haryana government is inviting Deendayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojana 2024 online registration / application form at dapsy.finhry.gov.in. दीन दयाल उपाध्याय अंत्योदय परिवार सुरक्षा योजना aims to provide socio-financial security to eligible residents of the State. Dayalu Yojana in Haryana Budget 2024-25

On 23 Feb 2024, Finance Minister presented Haryana Budget 2024-25. While delivering the budget speech, FM said "DAYALU Scheme was introduced last year to provide financial support to a poor family on the death of a family member in the age group of 6 years to 60 years. The Scheme is being implemented based on data in Parivar Pehchan Patra. After the launch of the scheme, till date, 8087 beneficiary families have been provided financial support of ₹310 crore in FY 2023-24".

• First of all, visit the official website of Deendayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojana at https://dapsy.finhry.gov.in/

• At the homepage, click at "Apply Scheme" tab or directly click https://dapsy.finhry.gov.in/get-family-id
• Upon clicking the link, Dayalu Yojana Haryana 2024 apply online page will appear as shown below:-

• Enter Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) ID and click "Get OTP" button. Validate the OTP received on your registered mobile number. 
• Then you can select member of family and proceed to fill Deendayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojana Registration Form.
• Finally, submit the completed Dayalu Yojana application form. Also take a printout for any future reference.

About Haryana Dayalu Yojana 2024

Deen Dayal Upadhyay Antyodyay Parivar Suraksha Yojana (DAYALU) aims to provide financial assistance in case of death (Natural or accidental) or permanent disability in respect of a member of a family having an annual income less than Rs. 1.80 lakh as verified in Family Information Data Repository (FIDR) database. This scheme will provide an assistance which would vary depending on the age of the person at the time of death or permanent disability.

Deendayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojana Eligibility Criteria

The benefits of assistance under the scheme shall be made available to the beneficiary if:-

• The family income of the beneficiary is less than Rs. 1.80 lakh per annum as verified in Family Information Data Repository (FIDR) database.
• The beneficiary is having Family ID/Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) number.
• The beneficiary is above the age of 6 years and upto the age of 60 years

दीनदयाल उपाध्याय अंत्योदय परिवार सुरक्षा योजना Assistance Amount

Deendayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojana will provide assistance on the basis of age of person at time of death or permanent disability. Assistance amount in Deen Dayal Upadhyay Antyodyay Parivar Suraksha Yojana is as follows:-

• Above 6 years and upto 12 years - Rs. 1 lakh
• Above 12 years and upto 18 years - Rs. 2 lakh
• Above 18 years and upto 25 years - Rs. 3 lakh
• Above 25 years and upto 45 years - Rs. 5 lakh 
• Above 45 to 60 years - Rs. 3 lakh 

For the beneficiary enrolled under the central government schemes namely: Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY) & Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY), the assistance paid by Trust under DDUAPSY shall take into consideration the compensation received by the beneficiary under PMJJBY or PMSBY, as the case may be.

Haryana Dayalu Scheme Claim Procedure

• The claim shall be filed by beneficiary/claimant through the online portal of the scheme within three months of accidental death/ natural death/ permanent disability
• In case of death, the assistance amount shall be paid to the Head of the family in their bank account registered in the PPP database or linked to the Aadhar number of Head of family.
• In case of permanent disability, the assistance amount shall be paid to the beneficiary in his bank account registered in the PPP database or linked to the Aadhar number of Head of family.
• In case of death/permanent disability of the Head of family in PPP, the assistance amount shall be paid to the eldest member of the family below the age of 60 years in PPP database.

The implementing agency for the DDUAPSY shall be Haryana Parivar Suraksha Nyas (HPSN), Government of Haryana.
