Telangana government has renamed KCR Kit Scheme as MCH Kit Scheme 2024 for pregnant women. Any lady who is pregnant can get MCH kit and financial assistance for a maximum of 2 deliveries. How to Make MCH Kit Scheme 2024 Registration
All the beneficiaries can register at their nearest PHC center or any government hospital. Alternately, beneficiaries can also make MCH Kit scheme registration by providing their details to ASHA Workers. Registration process is done by DEO/ANM (DEO: Data Entry Operator, ANM: Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) by taking following details from the beneficiary:-
- Aadhaar no,
- Name,
- Age,
- Address,
- Phone no,
- LMP date,
- Registration date,
- Bank account details etc.

Eligibility Criteria for MCH Kit Scheme 2.0
- Applicant must belong to Telangana state.
- Only pregnant women can get MCH kit scheme benefits.
- She must have Aadhaar card no with TS.
- Beneficiary must not have more than 2 live children.
- Only those deliveries performed after 2nd June 2017 are eligible.
- Beneficiary should have taken treatment from government hospitals.
Pregnant ladies taking treatment from non- government hospitals (eg: private hospital) are NOT eligible. Also if beneficiary's Aadhaar card does not belong to the Telangana state then such pregnant women will be excluded from MCH Kit Scheme.

About MCH Kit Scheme 2024
MCH Kit Scheme (earlier KCR Kit scheme) envisaged taking complete care of women at every stage of pregnancy subject to having 2 live children. The main aim of this scheme is to provide all the necessary items for pregnant women and their newborn babies through kits distribution. In addition, financial assistance of Rs. 12000 (for baby boy) and Rs. 13000 (for baby girl) is provided.
Objectives of MCH Kit Scheme
The idea of MCH Kits is to encourage more and more deliveries in government hospitals, and reduce the infant mortality rate and female feticide. The state government under the MCH Kit Scheme would provide a kit containing some essential items for pregnant women and newborn babies to manage pregnancy complications. The scheme is designed to get pregnant women nutritious food and to take care of the newborn after delivery. MCH Kit scheme is aimed at the well-being of mother and child and reducing the infant mortality rate.

Amount for Pregnant Women in MCH Kit Scheme
Under MCH Kit scheme, pregnant women will be provided with the financial assistance of Rs. 12,000 (for baby boy) and Rs. 13000 (for baby girl) in 4 phases.
- An amount of Rs. 3000 added to beneficiary account after completion of 2 ANC Checkup within 5.5 months from LMP date, approved by MO.
- An amount of Rs. 4000 added to beneficiary’s account after delivery if baby born is boy. However if baby born is girl, then an amount of Rs. 5000 will be added to beneficiary's account after delivery.
- An amount of Rs. 2000 is added to beneficiary's account after 1st Immunization (within 3 months after delivery)
- An amount of Rs 3000 added to beneficiary's account after 2nd Immunization (within 9 months after delivery)
It is important to note that in case of a baby girl, an additional Rs. 1000 will be given by the government.
Check MCH Kit Payment Status
In order to check payment status, you will have to provide mother id in mother search option page in login page of ANM/DEO/MO/DYDMHO/DMHO. One can also update rejected payment details record by using rejected payment details option in DEO login page.
