Good news for senior citizens and parents, Telangana Senior Citizens Maintenance Cases Monitoring System (TSCMMS) is launched. Telangana Senior Citizens portal login can be made at tsseniorcitizens.cgg.gov.in. Senior citizens can apply for maintenance and place an appeal to appellate tribunal at TS senior citizens official website. Elderly people can print application form, download acknowledgement form and can even track application status.

Telangana senior citizens portal i.e tsseniorcitizens.cgg.gov.in is designed to make the process of filing maintenance cases hassle-free and transparent as per the provisions laid out in Maintenance & Welfare of Parents & Senior Citizens (MWPSC) Act, 2007 and the corresponding state rules. To access Telangana Senior Citizens Maintenance Cases Monitoring System (TSCMMS), go to link - tsseniorcitizens.cgg.gov.in

Apply Online for Maintenance at TS Senior Citizens Portal

  • Go to "File Application/Appeal" tab and click at "Apply for Maintenance (RDO)" link
  • Enter mobile number, OTP and click "Submit" button. Then maintenance tribunal application form will open.
  • Enter RDO office, personal details, address details, contact details, respondent details, relief / assistance sought, interim order, facts of the case, upload documents, Preview it and then submit it to complete Maintenance tribunal application process.

  • Go to "Print / Download" tab and click at "Application & Acknowledgement Form" link.
  • Enter application number, mobile number and click "Submit" button to print / download application and acknowledgement form.

Track Status at TSCMMS Portal for Senior Citizens

  • Click at "Application Status" tab and click at "Maintenance Tribunal Order" to track TS senior citizens application status.
  • Enter application number, mobile number and click "Submit" button to check your status online.

About Telangana Senior Citizens Department

The State Government has established Senior Citizens Department for the welfare of senior citizens and attached the subject to Disabled Welfare Department in the year 2002 and nominated the Director, Disabled Welfare as State Level Nodal Officer for implementation of National Policy of Older persons in the State.

The Department for Welfare of Disabled and Senior Citizens is mandated to implement acts and rules pertaining to Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and Senior Citizens, such as Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016, National Trust Act, 1999, RCI Act, 1992 and Maintenance & Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. The department strives to enable the PwDs & Senior Citizens to lead an independent and dignified life through various programmes.

Objectives of TS Senior Citizens Department

Multi-sectoral coordination with various Government departments for implementation of various schemes meant for persons with disabilities and senior citizens.

Elder Line (National Helpline for Senior Citizens - 14567)

Through Elder Line (Toll free number - 14567) program, various services like rescue of the abandoned, reunion with families, emotional support for the abused, legal advice, support in availing government benefits and entitlements under MWPSC Act, information on various elder friendly services/products etc. are provided to senior citizens through a dedicated connect center (a team to receive calls) and field interventions (through a team of field response officers).
