IAY / PMAY-G Beneficiary List 2024-2025 | SECC Family Member Details at pmayg.nic.in

The official beneficiary list of Indira Awas Yojana (IAY) or Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin released by central govt. at pmayg.nic.in. All the rural applicants who have previously applied online for PMAY Grameen housing scheme can check their name in IAY / PMAY-G Beneficiary List 2024-2025. PMAY Gramin scheme which was to end on 31 March 2022 was earlier extended till March 2024 and it it has now been further extended till March 2029. The extension for PMAY-Gramin (Rural) scheme is given to complete the target of construction of 2.95 crore houses for rural population. 

The applicants who had filled the PMAY-G housing scheme application form and their name is not present in the list, they do not have to worry. These eligible candidates can find their SECC Family Member Details @ pmayg.nic.in. To avail the benefits of PM Awas Yojana Gramin, there is different eligibility criteria for urban and rural applicants. You can also check Awas Plus Family Member Details at pmayg.nic.in. The central govt. provides financial assistance of Rs. 1.2 lakh to rural applicants while applicants from hilly and urban areas get Rs. 1.3 lakh as assistance. Moreover, each beneficiary also get assistance amount of Rs. 70,000 for other housing related purposes.

Here is the complete procedure to check your name in the IAY / PMAY-G List of Beneficiaries 2024-2025:-

• Firstly visit the official website at https://pmayg.nic.in/netiay/home.aspx
• At the homepage, click at the "IAY/PMAYG" link under 'Stakeholders' section in the main menu.
• Direct Link - https://rhreporting.nic.in/netiay/benificiary.aspx or https://awaassoft.nic.in/netiay/Benificiary.aspx

• Then the candidates can search beneficiary details using their PMAYG Registration number and clicking at submit button.
• Moreover, people can even perform 'Advanced Search' by clicking at this tab to open the page as shown below:-

• Here candidates can enter the name of state, district, block, panchayat, scheme name etc. In addition to this, there is a search by name option as well for finding name in the PMAY-G / IAY beneficiary list 2024-2025.

Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) has set a target of providing houses to 2,95,00,000 houses. In cumulative phase 1 and phase 2 of PMAY-G scheme, around 3,24,17,853 people have made registration. As on 12 June 2024, the govt. has sanctioned 2,94,67,049 houses with 2,62,17,897 houses have already been completed. The GoI has transferred a total amount of 3,31,117.21 crore as funds to poor people for construction of houses in rural areas.
