Earlier on 29 December 2023, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy released Rs. 584 crore under Jagananna Vidya Deevena scheme to mothers of 8.09 lakh students. While transferring this installment of Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme, CM said "education is the only way forward for SC, ST, BC and minorities to end poverty, discrimination and rise up on the upward social mobility ladder".
Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme aims to help students from relatively low income backgrounds in getting higher education. Money under the scheme to be credited directly to the accounts of students mothers. Previously money used to transferred to owners of colleges. This scheme is immensely benefiting the students as well as their mothers who are now sending their children to schools.

AP Jagananna Vidya Deevena Next Installment Released
An amount of Rs. 708.68 crore for October-December quarter, 2023 was transferred directly to the bank accounts of nearly 9,44,666 beneficiaries on 1 March 2024. Jagananna Vidya Deevena is a scheme under which the total fees for students pursuing ITI, polytechnic, degree, engineering, medicine and other courses is reimbursed.
After disbursing the fees by clicking a button, the Chief Minister noted that the fate of the poor can be changed for better only through education. Reddy pointed out that Jagananna Vidya Devena scheme was introduced with the single aim of offering higher education to poor students. "Today should be better than yesterday, tomorrow should be better than today and one should have the best future than a better tomorrow," the Chief Minister said. According to Reddy, only good education can guarantee the best future, leading to decent livelihood and life.
Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme in AP Budget 2024-25
On 7 February 2024, Finance Minister presented Andhra Pradesh Vote on Account Budget 2024-2025. In the presented AP Budget 2024-25, FM said "Under Jagananna Vidya Deevena, Rs. 11,901 crore and under Jagananna Vasathi Deevena Rs. 4,276 crore is incurred and has benefited about 52 lakh students. The dramatic decline in drop-out percentage in higher education from 20.37% in 2018-19 to 6.62% in 2022-23 can be attributed to these two schemes".Jagananna Vidya Deevena Installment Release Dates

AP Jagananna Vidya Deevena 11th Installment Update
An amount of Rs. 584 crore for July-September quarter, 2023 was transferred directly to the bank accounts of nearly 8,09,039 beneficiaries on 29 December 2023. "We took steps in the past fours years to invest in education to enable several families suffering from poverty for a long time to break those shackles with an engineer, doctor and a collector coming from those families with higher education,” said CM Jagan Mohan Reddy addressing a large gathering.
As many as 8.09 lakh students pursuing ITI, polytechnic, degree, engineering, medicine and other professional courses have been benefited from the Jagananna Vidya Deevena scheme for the quarter July to Sept 2023. Under the scheme, the fee of students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, backward classes, minorities, Kapus, economically backward classes and persons with disabilities (PwD) categories has been reimbursed. These funds will be directly credited into the bank accounts of the students' mothers.

6th installment was earlier transferred on 11 August 2022 where CM deposited Rs. 693 crore into the bank accounts of 11.02 lakh mothers of students as part of April-June 2022 quarter total fee reimbursement under Jagananna Vidya Deevena.
Jagananna Vidya Deevena How Much Amount
To provide higher education to poor students, the state government is reimbursing fee regularly on quarterly basis. This is done by depositing Rs. 15,000 amount into the accounts of mothers of students studying ITI, polytechnic, degree, engineering, medicine and other courses.
AP state government has also been providing the financial assistance of Rs. 20,000 to students pursuing degree, engineering and medicine, Rs. 15,000 for polytechnic students, Rs. 10,000 for ITI students under Jagananna Vasathi Deevana scheme towards boarding and lodging expenses.
Under Jagananna Vidya Deevana, SC students, ST students, BC students, Kapu community students and minority students are getting benefit. The State government appealed to mothers of students to pay the concerned college fee within 10 days after the amount is credited into their account and if they fail to do so, the next installment will be paid directly to colleges.

Actually I persued b tech in dmssvh college of engineering under jntuk University aggregated with the persentage of 75%. I didn't received my 4th phase of Vidya deevena and vasathi deevena in my 4th year 2020-2021. my certificates were stuck at college. Please help on this
