Agriculture Infrastructure Fund Portal Registration / Login
- First of all, go to official website of National Agriculture Infra Financing Facility at agriinfra.dac.gov.in
- Go to "beneficiary" section and then click "Registration" link or agriinfra.dac.gov.in/Home/BeneficiaryRegistration
- Then Agriculture Infrastructure Fund Scheme Registration Form will open online.
- Enter name, mobile number, aadhar number and click "Send OTP" button.
- Verify OTP and then fill the remaining Agri Infrastructure Fund online application form.
- Next make login by clicking at "Login" tab at the homepage or agriinfra.dac.gov.in/Home/Login
- Enter user name, beneficiary ID and click "Login" button to make AIF scheme login.
National Agriculture Infra Financing Facility Objectives
This financing facility will have numerous objective for all the stakeholders in the agriculture eco-system.Farmers (including FPOs, PACS, Marketing Cooperative Societies, Multipurpose cooperative societies)
- Improved marketing infrastructure to allow farmers to sell directly to a larger base of consumers and hence, increase value realization for the farmers. This will improve the overall income of farmers.
- With investments in logistics infrastructure, farmers will be able to sell in the market with reduced post-harvest losses and a smaller number of intermediaries. This further will make farmers independent and improve access to market.
- With modern packaging and cold storage system access, farmers will be able to further decide when to sell in the market and improve realization.
- Community farming assets for improved productivity and optimization of inputs will result in substantial savings to farmers.
Government
- Government will be able to direct priority sector lending in the currently unviable projects by supporting through interest subvention, incentive and credit guarantee. This will initiate the cycle of innovation and private sector investment in agriculture.
- Due to improvements in post-harvest infrastructure, government will further be able to reduce national food wastage percentage thereby enable agriculture sector to become competitive with current global levels.
- Central/State Government Agencies or local bodies will be able to structure viable PPP projects for attracting investment in agriculture infrastructure.
Agri Entrepreneurs and Startups
- With a dedicated source of funding, entrepreneurs will push for innovation in agriculture sector by leveraging new age technologies including IoT, AI.
- It will also connect the players in ecosystem and hence, improve avenues for collaboration between entrepreneurs and farmers.
Banking Ecosystem
- With Credit Guarantee, incentive and interest subvention lending institutions will be able to lend with a lower risk. This scheme will help to enlarge their customer base and diversification of portfolio.
- Refinance facility will enable larger role for cooperative banks and RRBs.
Consumers
With reduced inefficiencies in post-harvest ecosystem, key benefit for consumers will be a larger share of produce reaching the market and hence, better quality and prices. Overall, the investment via the financing facility in agriculture infrastructure will benefit all the eco-system players.Salient Features of Agriculture Infrastructure Fund
- Convergence with all schemes of central or state government.
- Online single window facility in collaboration with participating lending institutions.
- Project Management Unit to provide handholding support for projects including project preparation.
- Size of the financing facility - Rs. 1 lakh Crore.
- Credit Guarantee for loans up to Rs. 2 Crore.
- Interest subvention of 3% p.a., limited to Rs. 2 crore per project in one location, though loan amount can be higher.
- Cap on lending rate, so that benefit of interest subsidy reaches the beneficiary and services to farmers remain affordable.
- Multiple lending institutions including Commercial Banks, Cooperative Banks, RRBs, Small Finance Banks, NCDC, NBFCs etc.
- One eligible entity puts up projects in different locations then all such projects will be eligible under the scheme for loan upto Rs. 2 crore.
- For a private sector entity, such as farmer, agri entrepreneur, start-up there will be a limit of maximum of 25 such projects.
- Limitation of 25 projects will not be applicable to state agencies, national and state federations of cooperatives, federations of FPOs and federation of SHGs.
- Location mean physical boundary of a village or town having a distinct LGD (Local Government Directory) code.
- Each of such project should be in a location having a separate LGD (Local Government Directory) Code.
- APMCs will be eligible for multiple projects (of different infrastructure types) within their designated market area.
- Interest subvention will be available for a maximum period of 7 years.
- Moratorium for repayment under this financing facility may vary subject to minimum of 6 months and maximum of 2 years.
- Disbursement will complete in six years starting from the year 2020-21.
- Need based refinance support will be made available by NABARD to all eligible lending entities including cooperative banks and RRBs as per its policy.

Agriculture Infrastructure Fund Scheme in Hindi
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेसिंग के माध्यम से कृषि इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर फण्ड के तहत 1लाख करोड़ रूपये की वित्तपोषण सुविधा को लॉन्च किया। यह वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण द्वारा पेश किये गए 20 लाख रूपये के प्रोत्साहन पैकेज का हिस्सा थी जिसकी घोषणा पहली बार 15 May 2020 को हुई थी। सरकार द्वारा दी गयी राशि किसानो को उनकी उपज के लिए अधिक मूल्य प्राप्त करने में सक्षम बनाएगी क्योंकि किसान बढ़िया दामों पर भंडारण एवं बिक्री करने,अपव्यय को कम करने, प्रसंस्करण और दामों में वृद्धि बढ़ाने में सक्षम होंगे।
कृषि अवसरंचना कोष के तहत 1 लाख करोड़ रुपये की वित्तपोषण योजना
एग्रीकल्चरल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर फण्ड के लाभ
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी ने कृषि-अवसरंचना कोष के तहत 1 लाख करोड़ रूपये की वित्त पोषण सुविधा शुरू करके किसानो को राहत दी है। प्रधानमंत्री ने पीएम किसान योजना के कार्यान्वयन को तेजी के साथ अपनी संतुष्टि व्यक्त की है, उन्होंने कहा है की इस कार्यकर्म का पैमाना इतना बड़ा है की आज जारी धन कई देशो की पूरी आबादी की तुलना में अधिक लोगो तक पहुंच गया है।
AIF योजना की अवधि 10 साल तक होगी। इस योजना के तहत 1लाख करोड़ रूपये तक के ब्याज के लिए सीजीटीएमएसई योजना के तहत 3%हर साल ब्याज दर और क्रेडिट गारंटी कवरेज के साथ ब्याज के रूप में बैंको और वित्तीय संस्थानों द्वारा प्रदान किया जाएगा। इन सुविधाओं के शुरू होने से किसानो को उनकी फसल की बेहतर दाम मिल सकेंगे। इन सुविधाओं के चलते किसान अपनी फसल को इकठ्ठा कर सकेंगे और सही दाम मिलने पर अपने माल को बेच सकेंगे, इससे उनकी कमाई में वृद्धि होगी। फ़ूड प्रोसेसिंग की सुविधा से किसानो को उनकी फसल की अधिक कीमत मिलेगी जिससे वह किसान और उनका परिवार खुशहाल रह सके।

ये कदम प्रधानमंत्री के मार्गदर्शन में भारत सरकार द्वारा उठाए गए सुधारो की एक श्रृंखला में नवीनतम है। ये उपाय सामूहिक रूप से भारत में कृषि क्षेत्र के लिए एक नई सवेरा है,और भारत के किसानो के लिए रोजी -रोटी के कल्याण और स्थिरता को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सरकार की प्रतिब्धता को दर्शाता है।
