Uttar Pradesh government led by CM Yogi Adityanath has started a new UP Mukhya Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana 2024. Under this MMJAY health assurance scheme, poor and helpless people can avail free treatment upto Rs. 5 lakh. For this people can apply online and fill Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Yojana online application form at CSCs.
UP Mukhyamantri Jan Aogya Yojana 2024 is a sub scheme under the central govt's Ayushman Bharat - Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY). All those people who are left out of the Ayushman Bharat Yojana due to non availability of their names in SECC 2011 list would be covered under this UP Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Yojana.
This free treatment to poor people would remain available in all public and private empanelled hospitals in Uttar Pradesh. People must now make UP Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Yojana registration to get golden cards to avail free treatment at hospitals.
UP Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Yojana Online Application Form
After launch of PMJAY, it was felt that there are several families that fall under the same deprivation criteria as determined for Socio-Economic Caste Census 2011, but are missing from the scheme’s inclusion. State government has initiated similar scheme named “Mukhya Mantri Jan Arogya Abhaiyan” including such left out families. The scheme was launched by Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri Yogi Aditya Nath on 1st March 2019. Presently 8.43 lac families are covered under the scheme. The beneficiaries get all the benefits of Ayushman Bharat PMJAY. The Scheme is 100% funded by state government.People can now go to the Common Service Centers located nearby them or can find one using the link - https://findmycsc.nic.in/csc/. The person at the CSC is given the authority to fill an online application / registration form for you. Description of the State Scheme | |
Uttar Pradesh government launched Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Yojana which is a new healthcare scheme for its citizens. This sub-scheme is a part of the central govt’s mega health scheme namely Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY). UP Mukhya Mantri Jan Arogya Abhiyan is going to provide free medical facilities to poor families who are not covered under the flagship Ayushman Bharat Yojana popularly known as Modicare. UP Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Yojana is going to benefit nearly a million households or 5.6 million beneficiaries who are deprived of Ayushman Bharat -PMJAY benefits. UP govt. has allocated Rs. 111 crore for the Mukhya Mantri Jan Arogya Abhiyan in Annual Budget. Under Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Scheme, the state govt. is providing free medical cover of upto Rs. 5 lakh per family per annum to the beneficiaries. | |

मुख्यमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना in UP Budget 2023-24
उत्तर प्रदेश बजट 2023-24 पेश करते समय वित्त मंत्री ने कहा की "असंगठित क्षेत्र के कर्मकारों हेतु संचालित 'मुख्यमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना' हेतु 100 करोड़ रूपये की व्यवस्था प्रस्तावित है. आयुष्मान भारत मुख्यमंत्री जन आरोग्य अभियान हेतु 250 करोड़ रूपये की व्यवस्था प्रस्तावित है"।
